Friendly service with visits from the GM, financial advisor and sales person while I waited. The oil change was done in a reasonable time and they replaced a bolt under the seat that came out.

My salesperson, Will Watton, was essential in making my Chevy Equinox purchase a feel-good experience. It took me about a year and a half to find the right car and the right dealership. I originally came to Devan of Wilton over a year and a half ago, but at that time, I wasn't ready to make a car purchase. During this wait period, I learned and came to the conclusion that Devan of Wilton is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. They are very straightforward about their vehicle prices and the services they offer. On both instances, I never felt pressured or deceived. I am glad I waited. Three weeks ago, I came back to Devan of Wilton and made my car purchase, and I know that I made the right choice by choosing them. Fantastic sales team. Service is great! It was my first service. Scheduling was a breeze. They had me in and out earlier than expected. Courteous. The dealership is spotless. Anything you need is there at the waiting area. Overall a very pleasant experience and highly recommend!

Creaking Body frame and suspension didn’t get fixed.Still is making a lot of noise!Truck is only two years old!! After last oil change noticed oil leaking underneath of the skid pad, didn’t get fixed after yesterday’s visit.Problem still occurs!!

The experience at the dealer was good, but when I called to bring up an issue with my tire monitor system, I did not get proper response. Offered a appointment 11 days out after just picking it up from service does not feel adequate

I arrived early for my appointment, as suggested to avoid delay in getting my car in for its service. It was a wait appointment and I needed to get to work afterwards. Eric and the guys made sure it was taken care of as quick as possible and I was on my way to work in plenty of time.

Convenient location right on Route 7 in Wilton, were able to perform service same day even though they had to acquire the parts and nice friendly people.

I recently went in to service my vehicle before a family trip; oil was still good but transmission lines had been pointed out in a past visit I also had transmission service done. Pricing was fair and the team really worked with me and my private vehicle coverage. Also minor issues like debris in HVAC fan were addressed Just very proactive approach to maintenance. If your like keeping your vehicle like me for some time they really will help you do so.

I walked in the service department not knowing what to expect, I received a warm, courteous greeting by Eric and Colleen, explained my concerns with my vehicle and made an appointment for 2 days later, upon arrival Eric greeted me, I explained that my warranty was about to expire and he contacted the company to see if my service would be covered under the warranty and to my surprise he informed me that I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and my service would be covered. I was supposed to have a solenoid issue repaired that was a 2nd time issue that was already fixed. It was supposed to be covered under warranty but they said No. I had to pay over $680 for a transmission fluid change and I was quoted $350. I will never go to Devan Chevy again. They lost a customer

The service department is always extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped troubleshoot a couple of small things without pushing big, expensive repairs, and they were able to combine some work and coupons to give me a discount overall. I love that they are more about helping me get back on the road than making an extra buck. They even shuttled me home and back for convenience. Highly recommend!

Friendly people, convenient location on Route 7 in Wilton, recommend what service, beside my oil change, should be done and told me there was other maintenance items that could wait another two or three oil changes.

Made appointment ahead of time. Car was taken in immediately upon arriving and given back within expected time.

Good friendly service

With a check engine light combined with a racing fan, Eric requested me to drive in so he could check it without needing an appointment. The code tracker revealed a faulty thermostat, which Devon replaced the next day .
