I recently went in to service my vehicle before a family trip; oil was still good but transmission lines had been pointed out in a past visit I also had transmission service done. Pricing was fair and the team really worked with me and my private vehicle coverage. Also minor issues like debris in HVAC fan were addressed Just very proactive approach to maintenance. If your like keeping your vehicle like me for some time they really will help you do so.

Creaking Body frame and suspension didn’t get fixed.Still is making a lot of noise!Truck is only two years old!! After last oil change noticed oil leaking underneath of the skid pad, didn’t get fixed after yesterday’s visit.Problem still occurs!!

Very Helpful w all questions

I was supposed to have a solenoid issue repaired that was a 2nd time issue that was already fixed. It was supposed to be covered under warranty but they said No. I had to pay over $680 for a transmission fluid change and I was quoted $350. I will never go to Devan Chevy again. They lost a customer

The service department is always extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped troubleshoot a couple of small things without pushing big, expensive repairs, and they were able to combine some work and coupons to give me a discount overall. I love that they are more about helping me get back on the road than making an extra buck. They even shuttled me home and back for convenience. Highly recommend!

I noticed that some rubber weatherstripping had come loose on our ‘25 Trailblazer. Stopped by Devon service to make an appointment. They took me in on the spot, made the repair and had me 0n the road in 20 minutes. Thanks guys!

I arrived early for my appointment, as suggested to avoid delay in getting my car in for its service. It was a wait appointment and I needed to get to work afterwards. Eric and the guys made sure it was taken care of as quick as possible and I was on my way to work in plenty of time.

I walked in the service department not knowing what to expect, I received a warm, courteous greeting by Eric and Colleen, explained my concerns with my vehicle and made an appointment for 2 days later, upon arrival Eric greeted me, I explained that my warranty was about to expire and he contacted the company to see if my service would be covered under the warranty and to my surprise he informed me that I have an extended warranty on my vehicle and my service would be covered. The part was ordered, my car repaired and I will be returning in the future for any service required on my 2022 Chevy Malibu. Thank you for the excellent and professional service. LW

Although it took over three months for the truck to come in, Ed kept in constant contact and updated me on any progress. By the time the truck did arrive, I felt like I and I had become "friends". The Devan Service team in Wilton, led in my case by Brian, took care of the overdue checkup on my Buick Encore -- and did so expeditiously, fitting me in while I was in CT for a few days. The service advisors are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Scheduling is easy and flexible when it comes to urgent repairs. Repairs are usually done right, but in this particular case I had to return to fix what was not done correctly.

With a check engine light combined with a racing fan, Eric requested me to drive in so he could check it without needing an appointment. The code tracker revealed a faulty thermostat, which Devon replaced the next day .

i always get great service,but i feel 138.00 dollar oil filter change and wiper inserts is a little much.when you spend 50k on a new z71 colorado,your oil changes should be free.but thats me.
